1. What We Collect

The only personal information we collect is your email address. We collect it when you sign up to receive LeadRunner reports.

We do not collect names, payment details (handled by Stripe directly), location data, browsing behaviour, or any other personal information.

2. How We Use Your Email

We use your email address to:

  • Send you LeadRunner reports
  • Send occasional service updates (e.g. pricing changes)

We will never send you unsolicited promotional content from third parties. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Email addresses are stored in Upstash Redis, a cloud database hosted on servers in the United States. Upstash is SOC 2 compliant.

Emails are sent via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes your email address only to deliver messages on our behalf.

Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe. LeadRunner never sees or stores your card details.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email
  • Request deletion of your email address from our records
  • Access the data we hold about you (your email address and subscription status)

5. GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, given when you signed up.

You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us directly.

6. Cookies

LeadRunner.news uses no tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage only to remember that you have already signed up, so you don't see the signup form again. This data never leaves your device.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify subscribers by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
