1. What LeadRunner Is

LeadRunner is a newsletter that delivers research-based startup idea reports to subscribers. Reports are published twice a week and delivered by email in PDF format.

LeadRunner is an informational service. Nothing in any report constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Ideas are provided for educational and inspirational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content.

2. Subscriptions

Free tier: The first 50 subscribers receive LeadRunner free of charge, permanently. This is a one-time offer for early subscribers and cannot be transferred.

Paid tier: Subscriptions after the first 50 are charged at $21.99/month. Billing is monthly, recurring, and charged via Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. There are no contracts or minimum terms. Once cancelled, you will not be charged in the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at leadrunnerhq@gmail.com.

3. Content Ownership

All reports, text, and materials published by LeadRunner are owned by LeadRunner. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without written permission.

Reports are for personal use only. Sharing paid content publicly or commercially is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

LeadRunner does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or success from acting on any idea presented in a report. Market conditions change. Ideas that appear promising may not work in practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadRunner is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from use of our content.

5. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to change pricing, publishing frequency, or discontinue the service at any time. Paid subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase. Free-tier subscribers will not be affected by pricing changes.
